My day begins bright and early, picking up the housekeeping staff and heading to the lodge. The drive is always a good time to catch up and plan the day ahead. Once we arrive, the first task is to check the outside area. I start with the garden, ensuring it\u2019s tidy and welcoming. Next, I move to the balcony area, making sure it\u2019s clean and ready for guests to enjoy. Finally, I check the parking area, ensuring it\u2019s free of debris and well-organized.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Morning Routine<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

With the exterior in order, I turn my attention to the day\u2019s guest check-ins and check-outs. I review the schedule to see who will be arriving and departing, and if any guests require airport pickup or drop-off. If there are guests checking out, I make it a point to check in with them, asking about their stay and gathering feedback to improve our services.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Once the rooms are serviced, I double-check the guest information and prepare for their arrival.
